Jeff Sublinsky is the minority owner of SORA Northeast Development, and is also the Founder and Principal of Premier Properties Group of South Jersey.

Jeff has more than 15 years real estate experience in commercial development and residential redevelopment; he is an active investor and is a licensed New Jersey Realtor. Jeff also has previous career experience in Information Technology, most recent being Senior Project Manager at The Hartford.

As minority Partner in SORA Northeast Development, Jeff has been responsible for property acquisition and land assemblage for multi-unit complexes, retail shopping centers, residential housing developments, and redevelopment projects.

Jeff’s primary responsibilities include: acquisitions identification and due diligence, development analysis, underwriting and pro forma scenarios, deal structuring, business development, and project funding.

As Principal of Premier Properties Group of South Jersey, a real estate firm located in Atlantic County, New Jersey, Jeff has worked primarily in the South Jersey shore towns, where he has extensive real estate market knowledge. Jeff is an active real estate investor and has successfully completed his own residential development projects with complete responsibility for capital stack analysis and formation, market analysis, budget creation and management, contractor management, design, materials selection, and marketing.

As a Senior Project Manager for The Hartford, a Fortune 100 company, Jeff was responsible for executing multiple concurrent projects from $500,000 to $4,500,000, leading diverse teams of 5 to 50 people. Jeff was responsible for budget creation and management, project scope and task management, and the project timeline and schedule. Jeff received numerous individual and team awards for his efforts.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University.
